Cars are sold by sealed bid, All vehicles are to be paid in cash or approved check before you take possession. All vehicles must be paid for 24 hours after the sale ends. Bids for vehicles must be submitted in a sealed envelope a minimum of 24 hours before sale date and time. All bids must include bidders name, address, phone#, and the amount of bid. a separate bid must be filled out for each vehicle you are bidding on and each in their own envelope. outside of envelope must have vehicle your bidding on written on front along with bidders name. If person who submits a bid and cannot perform within the 24 hours the bid is considered null and void. Kreager Towing Reserves the right to reject any and all bids in dispute and to rebid if necessary. Sale vehicles can be subject redemption by lien holders registered owners or law enforcement agencies that can remove vehicles do to investigation.
