Terms of abandoned vehicle sale are as follows:
Cars are sold by sealed bid, All vehicles are to be paid in cash or approved check before you take possession. All vehicles must be paid for 24 hours after the sale ends. Bids for vehicles must be submitted in a sealed envelope and due no later than 24 hours before sale date and time. To 2993 Carrollton Rd. Saginaw MI. All bids must include bidders name, address, phone#, and the amount of bid. a separate bid must be filled out for each vehicle you are bidding on and each in their own envelope. outside of envelope must have vehicle your bidding on written on front along with bidders name. If person who submits a bid and cannot perform within the 24 hours the bid is considered null and void. Kreager Towing Reserves the right to reject any and all bids in dispute and to rebid if necessary. Sale vehicles can be subject to redemption by lien holders registered owners or law enforcement agencies that can remove vehicles do to investigation. THE CURRENT TERMS ARE AS ABOVE BUT DUE TO DELAYS FROM SOS AND POLICE AGENCIES DUE TO THE CURRENT STAFFING ISSUES. IF THE TR-52 PAPERWORK HAS NOT BEEN RECIEVED FROM IMPOUNDING DEPARTMENT THE WINNING BIDDER SHALL BE NOTIFIED WHEN PAPERWORK HAS BEEN RECIEVED AND WILL NOT HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENT ON CAR (S) UNTIL TR-52 HAS BEEN RECIEVED BY KREAGER TOWING INC.
