RELEASE PROCEDURE
If your car was impounded by a local law enforcement agency You may be required to obtain a release slip from them to redeem your vehicle. you will need to check on release from them before proceeding to impound lot.
I Have my release, what's next?
After you have obtained your release you can call 989-753-3441 to get the current charges on your vehicle 8am till 7pm 7 days a week. After you have received your charges you must pay in cash to redeem your car. Person redeeming car must have a State ID proof of ownership and release slip if required.

SAGINAW: Monday Thru Friday 8am till 6pm Saturday and Sunday 10 Am to 5 PM
Midland: Monday Thru Friday 9 AM till 6pm With Pre Call
Bay City: 9Am till 5pm Monday Thru Friday, Saturday and Sunday by approved Appt. (Gate fee of $50.00 Applies)

Kreager Towing Inc does not go thru the personal belonging in vehicle and rely upon the inventory performed by the police at time of impound your car should contain all items in vehicle at time of impound. if you feel something is missing please follow up with impounding agency if they seized or retained item (s) in question.
